Our Moroccan couscous is a tasty blend of red lentils, dried raisins and apricots, and toasted almonds for a hint of crunch. You will be delighted with this colourful and flavourful dish. It has an exotic and sweet-and-salty twist to it.

Our couscous is inspired by the festive Moroccan gastronomy. This cuisine comprises a multitude of dishes, prepared with red and white lentils and beans, and, of course, the wonder food that is couscous.

Although couscous is a fundamental ingredient in many cuisines, we owe the ultimate couscous culinary delights to Berber traditional gastronomy. Couscous is also a cult food in many countries and its origin and name are almost mythical. What we do know is that couscous is a cultural dish and that it is a true pleasure to eat every time.
