So Durable!

I got my bugout role today and filled it up. Man is strong, very durable, Canadian Prepper wasn't exaggerating one bit of his reviews on his bugout role. It was definitely worth every penny. I wanted the more expensive Mil Spec Olive but it was sold out. But this black one being 1000D Codura Really does feel super strong and heavy material and is good enough. I cant see it the Codura ever ripping in the wilderness. Im very satisfied and would recommend this to anyone who wants a quality product. You just cant find anything like this on amazon. not even close. This is made to last. Also is smells good and clean too. Like it just came out the factory. Like a new car smell. You made a Legendary Product.

Thanks Canadian Prepper

Brilliant bag, ultimate organiser

OK, I'm impressed. While not cheap (and made pricier by import taxes where I live) this is a VERY high-quality product that combines practical thinking with a real sense of how people will use it. Here's my take ...

The basic design is a rolled-up series of roughly square sections, each about 45cm wide by 35cm deep. Each square is split in two to make two rows, with a row being one, two, or three pockets all sharing the same (heavy duty) YKK zip.

The "Complete" version I imported has 2 of these squares permanently attached, and 2 "mods" you can remove, held on by heavy Velcro. What this means is you can build your own roll - even adding more than two mods, although the designer doesn't recommend this. No gussets on the pockets, but the vinyl "windows"are slightly flexible, and will stretch a little over time as all materials do. It holds a LOT more than you expect.

Issues? Nonexistent. Pity a standard mess tin is a fraction too big; I wish the pockets had been 1" deeper. But there's always that one piece of gear you want to fit in but can't. And don't expect to pack a full tent or sleeping bag. It's something you carry *to* a location, not *to get to* a location. Once you're there, hang it on a branch and you've got a closet.

Finally, the fun factor. I'm enjoying getting to know it and gradually filling each pocket with new buys of gear I already know. Once it's finished this pack's going in my car, ready to bug out if the time ever comes. Highly recommended. Let's roll!

Solves the right problem - perfectly

I'm impressed. While not cheap (and made pricier by import taxes where I live) this is a VERY high-quality product with a real insight of how people will use it. Here's my take ...

The design approach is a series of roughly square sections, each about 45cm wide by 35cm deep. Each square is split into two rows, with a row being one, two, or three pockets sharing the same (heavy duty) YKK zip. The "Complete" version I imported has 2 of these squares permanently attached, and 2 "mods" held on by heavy Velcro.

What this means is you can build your own roll - even adding more than two mods, although the designer doesn't recommend this. I've actually got 4 mods attached, 21 pockets in all, because the gear in there so far is all fairly flat. (The vinyl "windows" will stretch a bit over time, meaning you'll have less and less trouble loading each pocket as time goes on.)

Issues? One common item many people will want to fit in - a standard-size mess tin - is just a fraction too big; I wish the pockets had been 8" deep instead of 7". But this problem would scale up - there's always that one piece of gear you want to fit in but can't. Also, rolling this up needs a bit of give in the pockets, so don't expect to pack a full tent or sleeping bag.

Finally, the fun factor. I'm enjoying getting to know the roll and filling each pocket with new buys of gear I already know. Once it's finished - it'll take a while - this pack's going in my car, ready. Let's roll!

You cannot go wrong with this bugout roll

If you are planning on purchasing one of these as a bugout roll or as a camping roll, you will not be disappointed. It is a quality product with plenty of room for all of the supplies you care to take with you. I will be purchasing additional ones for family members in the near future.

Bug Out Roll FTW

You get what you pay for. CP is using high quality everything. It's built to last, to get shit spilled on, get burned, dropped, kicked and drenched... Rode hard and put away wet and still work. I've used mine 3 times already on camping trips. Absolutely recommend this.
