The chicken is cut to small cubes; perfect for any dish. The flavor is just chicken, ready for me to add the spices I prefer. The texture is just right; firm but not chewy. Very happy with this product (Yak happy 😉?)
I was worried about the size of chicken or if it would be powder. You get descent size little cubes. What you see on bag is what you get. You will have to add seasoning to your liking.
If you ever order meats then you are familiar with the large amout of "chips" of meat and powder meat. These were even bite size pieces not a drop of powder or fragments.
