Happy Yak has created its own version of this crowd-pleaser. Our exclusive blend of tomato sauce, kidney beans, corn, rice and spices is sure to make up your day, especially on camping trips!

Happy Yak’s Trick of the Trade : add grated carrots, Greek yogurt or bacon pieces and grate cheese for a whole new experience! 

Conventional preparation 

  1. Combine the cold water and the contents of the bag. Mix well.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5-7 minutes.

Express preparation (one serving only)

Add boiling water, mix well and seal bag. Let stand for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.

With Insulating Pan Cover

Simmer 2 minutes on low heat, stirring often. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
