Harvest Right is responsible for:
- Repair—or, at Harvest Right’s option, replacement—of any component that proves defective in materials or workmanship during the first year.
The consumer is responsible for:
- Any replacement parts or labour required because of misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or neglect.
- All transportation or travel costs incurred in getting the unit or a qualified technician to and from the service location.
Limited Warranty — Years Two & Three (Sealed Refrigeration System)
Coverage period: Years two (2) and three (3) from the original ship date.

- Condenser
- Evaporator
- Refrigeration tubing
Harvest Right is responsible for:
- Repair—or, at Harvest Right’s option, replacement—of any part of the sealed refrigeration system that fails due to defective materials or workmanship.
The consumer is responsible for:
- Diagnostic charges to determine the defect.
- All transportation or travel costs associated with servicing or delivering the appliance.
Service Arrangements in Canada
- Warranty service must be performed either by the consumer or by a qualified local service provider approved by Harvest Right.
- The consumer is responsible for shipping the product to a repair facility or paying any travel fees for a technician to visit the product’s location.
- Harvest Right does not cover inbound or outbound freight, courier, or delivery charges for any reason.
Normal Responsibilities of the Consumer
This warranty does not cover failures or damage caused by:
- Improper installation, operation, or maintenance contrary to the instructions in the owner’s manual.
- Use of parts or accessories that are not genuine Harvest Right components.
- Accidents, alterations, fire, flood, or other acts of nature.
Keeping clear maintenance records and following the recommended service schedule will help avoid costs that fall outside this warranty coverage.
