Just my opinion.

I really shouldn't be reviewing this, as we bought the All American 75X - 120V electric sterilizer and pressure cooker, as opposed to the 921 pressure canner, but no one else has offered a review, so here goes.
If you want a canner that can do full quarts and you don't mind doing so over a large propane burner, well then, this is the canner you want. We recently purchased an inexpensive canner made in china that was so poor in quality, it never worked, even for the most basic of tasks. Instead, the body of the canner warped from the heat of the stovetop. True, the 921 is more expensive, but the quality is much better.
As I said, we purchased the 75X 120V electric which is double the price an NOT FOR CANNING, instead it is only for sterilization and best used for things like mycelium substrates, for which it has done an admirable job.
I'm fairly certain that the 921 will be of great benefit for anyone that wishes to can large amounts of food and with an outdoor burner (things might get cramped with a kitchen stove), you should have success on the first try.
Note: you will probably need to purchase a synthetic food grade grease to ensure a good seal.
