Lock Pick Rake Credit Card Lockpick - The Lock Rake Pick Set That Fits in Your Wallet!

Unlock doors, padlocks, and practice locks with ease using the Lock Pick Rake Card, a compact and versatile rake pick set designed for everyday carry (EDC). Whether you’re an experienced locksmith, a hobbyist, or someone learning how to rake a lock, this lock pick rake card is built to provide fast, effective lockpicking techniques in a credit-card-sized format that fits discreetly in your wallet.

Featuring a variety of wave rake picks, city rake lock picks, and traditional lockpicking rakes, this tool is perfect for raking locks efficiently and with minimal effort. Unlike single-pin picking, rake picking allows for quicker entry by manipulating multiple pins at once, making it an ideal choice for quick access situations.

What’s Included in the Lock Pick Rake Card?

The Lock Pick Rake Card is a carefully designed set that includes essential rake picks for various lock types. Each tool is laser-cut from durable stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting performance.

  • Wave Rake Pick x5 – A highly effective tool for raking standard pin tumbler locks.
  • City Rake Lock Pick – Designed for quick and efficient lockpicking in common keyway styles.
  • Tension Wrench x2 - Used for turning the keyway opening the lock.
  • Traditional Lockpicking Rake Picks – Various designs to handle a range of locks and security pin configurations.
  • Wallet-Sized Storage Format – Compact and lightweight, ensuring easy carry without adding bulk.

How To Rake a Lock Basics - Using your Wave Rakes and City Rake

Using Your Lock Pick Tension Wrench

Place your tension wrench into the bottom of the keyway and apply a very light degree of force in the direction that the key would turn to disengage the lock-Typically clockwise. Press with very light force (similar to the force used to press a keyboard key). if you're having no luck opening a lock, try pressing a little harder, or lighter on your tension wrench. The tension you use on a lock is extremely important, so practice makes perfect.

How To Rake a Lock Basics Using Wave Rake and City Rakes

With your tension wrench in position, insert your rake into the keyway and push all the way back to the back of the lock, gently lifting upward, raising some pins. Now with a decent amount of speed, begin to scrub the pins like you're brushing your teeth, and change the angle, height, and speed as you rake back and forth. If it doesn't open after 10-25 seconds, release the tension wrench and start over. It's not uncommon to need to restart multiple times with this method. Continue scrubbing back and forth until the lock finally opens. You can also experiment with more or less tension on your tension wrench if you're not having any luck.
